		<description><![CDATA[Former judge Gulab Tulsiyani has been given a 3-year jail sentence, rigorous imprisonment, and a fine of Rs.50,000, for a 26 year old graft case, where in 1986 while he was metropolitan magistrate at a Delhi court, he was caught accepting a bribe of Rs.2000 to settle a case.
The judge retired from judicial service in 1998.
The court however, suspended Tulsiyani&#8217;s sentence till May 28 and allowed him interim bail after he informed the court he wishes to appeal against his conviction.

		<description><![CDATA[According to a recent online survey by a job portal, the hiring of NRI professionals rose 5 percent in Jan-March 2012, with the IT and ITeS sectors hires at 23 percent.
Other disciplines with prospects for NRI hiring this year are pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automobiles and infrastructure sectors.
Hiring was highest in Bangalore followed by Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata.
A major part of the attraction is that the NRI employers in India have made their salary structures almost at par with ESOPs.
