Shah Rukh Khan launches real estate project in UAE

Dubai | Bollywood’s king Khan has launched a huge $2.2 bn Boulevard scheme in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The project is named as ‘Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard and Shah Rukh has become a first Indian movie star to enter in UAE’s Real Estate sectors.

The project, which is being developed at the Ras Al Khaima Coast will be a mixed use development with hotels, under-water discotheque, theatre, boulevard, cafes and big brand stores. The project will be developed by well-known architect Toni Ashai.

Earlier, many Indian film stars have endorsed real estate projects in UAE but this is the first time that Indian actor is developing a real estate project in UAE.

As per Developers, Shah Rukh’s project will reflect his own lifestyle. Shah Rukh was in Dubai on Sunday (Oct 5) to launch his dream project.
