Digestive Ginger-Lemon Lassi
Ingredients
For two glasses
250 gm yoghurt (curd)
1 tsp Ginger crushed
½ tsp Green Chilli paste
½ tsp cumin powder
2-3 tsp lemon juice
1 ½ glass water
Black salt to taste
Method
1. In a jug add yoghurt
2. Add crushed ginger and green chilli paste and lemon juice
3. Add black salt, cumin powder and water
4. Blend it and serve cool before or during your meal
Note : This is really very tasty and digestive drink. Drink with your meal and stay
healthy.
