Kesari Suji Ka Halwa (Semolina-saffron sweet dish)

Ingredients

½ cup semolina (Suji)
½ cup purified butter (Ghee)
½ cup sugar
2 cup water
2-3 green cardamoms
2 tsp soaked and sliced almonds
one pinch  saffron

Method :

1. Heat purified butter (Ghee) in a Pan.
2. Add Semolina and stir constantly on a low flame till it turns dark yellow.
3. Add water and sugar and stir fast till half water is absorbed.
4. Add pinch of saffron and stir it till full water is absorbed.
5. Decorate with soaked and sliced almonds and serve hot.
